The owners of this 80,000 sq. ft. space are very attentive to maintaining the historical character of the building- for example the frame & timber construction is being preserved. MSG is assisting the owner in remediating lead-based paint as well as removing some small amounts of asbestos from flooring. The “Environmental Team” on this particular project consists of MSG, O’Neal Painting and Environmental Consultants, LLC.
