Midwest Service Group was contracted to conduct asbestos and lead-based paint abatement as well as total interior demolition to allow for the renovation of the entire complex for furture low income HUD housing units.
Midwest Service Group was called on to complete the asbestos abatement and lead-based paint stabilization on all 23 stories pluse 3 basements of the Marquette Building to make way for the revitalization of this downtown St. Louis high rise. This rapidly dilapidating building was abated of all its environmental concerns and left ready for re-construction.
Dominion Kincaid utilizes Midwest for asbestos and lead-based paint abatement on scheduled shut downs of plant operations and all 24 hour a day emergency response projects.
